Dubai, UAE – December 2023

Oman’s participation in the prestigious Big 5 2023 Exhibition, held in Dubai, UAE, marked a significant milestone for the Sultanate’s building and construction sector. Eleven leading Omani companies, under the Sultanate of Oman Pavilion, showcased their innovative products and services in the global building and construction industry.

The exhibition provided a prominent platform for Omani manufacturers specializing in porcelain, ceramic, marble, and doors to connect with international markets, fostering business collaborations and strengthening Oman’s export presence. Notably, the participating companies made remarkable strides in securing deals with key partners across various countries.

Among the standout achievements, Omani companies secured:

- One deal in Saudi Arabia​

- Three deals in the UAE

- Three deals in Iraq

- One deal in Qatar

- One deal in Canada

The deals highlight the Omani companies’ diverse offerings, including high-quality porcelain tiles, ceramic products, elegant marble designs, and durable doors that are setting new standards in the construction and building materials industries.

The participation of these 11 companies under the Sultanate of Oman Pavilion was organized by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Investment Promotion, with the aim of enhancing the visibility of Omani products in international markets, promoting Oman’s export capabilities, and supporting the nation’s vision for economic diversification and industrial development.
